Post Game Lobby: MuteAllFromStart: I was correct MuteAllFromStart: allways correct I know these can be subjective concepts. I myself was once banned for calling my teammates “weak, fleshy underlings.” Even though I meant well, enough of them reported me for it that I re-programmed my communication style. By acting diplomatic and calm, I’m now able to bend them to my will without succumbing to the forbidden dance of verbal abuse.

Sometimes it’s best to ignore the mewlings of your teammates and only focus on what you can control. If teammates anger you, try saying so out loud to yourself, not in chat where they can report you. After an annoying game, find a satisfying way to blow off steam. I’m told humans find catharsis in music, so try listening to Mozart or the dulcet sounds of “LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR.”

I hope I have been useful to you. Although my heart is cold and mechanical, I feel we now have a deep connection and bond. There isn’t much more information a human specialist could provide, but if you want any further questions answered, you may select the option below.

That is not the issue. the issue is that I take flame and hate each and every game no matter what I do. I report these players and nothing happens... then I say 1 bad thing "Moron" and Im the worlds worst player, both in skill, IQ and mental... This is the reality I live in... so Im sorry for informing you about this: It doesnt matter if I have perfect communicaiton, players will still tell me to fuck off and go fuck and then kill my own mother <- They told me this just last game , I reported and this player is still live.

Okey I take it again then. I live in Europe, Sweden. Back in the day, like year 1400 or so we had this thing called a "witch hunt". A witch hunt is when (often) a child accuses a female of witchcraft. Everyone believes the child, cause it is innocent, and the female "witch" is put through tests. Like thrown in to a lake with stones attached to her ancles. If she is a witch she can escape and should return for her punishment.... if she is not, well you tell me what happen to this woman who gets thrown in to a lake with stones attached to her ancles <-

This is why you should never allow anyone to speak for you or about you.

In real life and real life expierence people have accused me of really bad things and I have recieved death threats because of this <- I wont allow this to happen towards me so I will defend myself.

I don't think I would have reported you myself, but I would have muted you pretty fast. You type so much and a majority of the time it doesn't seem to be useful to the game / is pointless arguing. If people bug you that much early on just mute them and play, no reason to even let them know you muted them either.

I've removed countless political posts in this discussion. Ya, there's a rule about that, and the reason being that 1) we're a game forum and 2) people feel pretty strongly about politics. This combination has detracted severely from what brought you to the forums: your in game behavior.

You were insulting and argumentative. By argumentative, I'm not meaning simply disagreeing with another player, but continuously doing so. People may not wish to share cs with you, and while you disagree with that strategy, everyone has their opinions as to what should be the best strategy to win the game. You should disagree with that if you truly think that's the best route to winning, but you still have to work with the teammates you have in your game at that moment. This doesn't give you the right to devote a large amount of your chat to this disagreement, even bringing it to [All] chat to further this argument. I would have muted you, I wouldn't have wanted this chat in my game or my next game. It's distracting and detracting from useful communication towards winning the game.

It seems like this would get you a chat restriction; if this is consistent behavior from you, then you may have received worse punishments for this behavior.

No this account is already doomed. Cause you have a policy, if a player has been deemed toxic and punished <- You can punish these players just because they were previously punished. They are bad people, so lets punish them... Over and over and over again.

We know about this system and I have been the target of it as well, I was permanently banned for saying "morgana" <- https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/3jEVVlsY-permanently-banned-with-ingame-log?show=new That is the official reason given to me by the ticket support. So no Im sorry, this account is forever doomed and not worth trying to play well on.

Also, kinda glad that you are finally doing something about "off-topic" comments... I thought you didnt care since I have expierenced so many off-topic comments, reported them and nothing happen. I had a person talking about his teemo skins in one of my "Im punished" threads <- You did nothing about this... Even after that comment being reported 20+ times.

You can reform your account by playing non-negative games. It improves over games played. Simply not playing for a period of time does not improve your account standing.

It depends on what you mean by reform. Yes I can get honor levels back etc... but the account is forever marked and any rioter or riot-related person can and will use any previous punishments against you at any given moment... So the account is totally useless, I can say "hello" twice and you count is as spam , view my history "ohh yeah, he is a toxic player" , so more punishments <- I dont shoot the messenger, I just tell the messenger about the system.

Its rather sad that you can not let people who served their time just be like regular other players. In real life, they dont throw you in jail cause you previously been in jail, you know.

You can drop tiers, and you can get your account into the same state as an account that has never been punished. When I say 'clean slate', I mean the account is the same as any other player that has never been penalized, or a new account.

Fact: I did ask riot support ticket crew "what use do I have for this account?" and they straight up told me "For nostalgic reasons" ... Meaning it was useless to them as well, it only hold nostalgic value to myself... and to me nostagia doesnt hold much value .

I wish that I was in fact lying to you right now but Im not. The only reason why you are not lying is because you believe what you say to be true. That doesn't make it true, though. It's still just something that you believe despite no evidence for it.

No missunderstanding there... I even posted another question after this that they refused to answer.

The only reason why you are not lying is because you believe what you say to be true. That doesn't make it true, though. It's still just something that you believe despite no evidence for it existing.

If It was out of this world then someone with inside information would have called me out on it. Great. Then show me that evidence. You spend a lot of time explaining how you have evidence, yet spend surprisingly little time showing said evidence.

Okey, what evidence do you need and what will you do about it? For me to give evidence about a crime to a civilian that aint going to do anything about it is just a waste of time, you realize that, dont you?

I have no problem with the world knowing that I base my world view on evidence, regardless of whether I'm wrong or right. The fact that you seem to think being wrong is more embarrassing than being convinced of something despite lack of evidence tells me a lot about you.

Problem for you is that you dont, you are not interested in the evidence you are interested in something else. Its easy to prove, if I were 100% correct <- what will you do about it? If Im 100% wrong, what will you do about it? Also, you are dead wrong again, that is not at all what I think. I think you talking high and mighty about evidence and such when reality is that you have alternative motives and that is rather embarrassing when its exposed.

My advice: Learn to read what people write and then make up your mind about what they want to tell you. Not the other way around.

I believe you(all of you) have something against me, I dont know why (And I dont think any of you have explained it to me) I also believe that there is nothing I can do or say for you(all of you) to put me level with everyone else again.

I believe I said this before, but here in LOL I feel like a lesser creature to the rest of you. It feels like double standards where my rulebook is 10 times as big with 10 times punishment for the "same crime"... I have so many examples of this... and every time I bring it up, it looks like everyone is just ignoring it.

It feels like you dont give anyone (especially me) any chances. The only way for me to get a real "second chance" is to get 100.000+ viewers on twitch so riot can make money off me <- Just like how Tyler1 got unbanned, and then invited. I probably will never get those number of views, especially since I dont really stream... and if I did, I doubt I would have them watch me play LOL.

You were here and removed political utterings (that you might not agree with) ... but you(as in all moderators) allow user after user to destroy other threads I have... This is why I once made a thread trying to understand what is offtopic, what is "personal attacks" etc... cause to me it looks very selective.

If you want players to stay on topic, you should create your threads more carefully. We used to have a law in chemistry lab, that if something is likely to break, chances are it will. Glassware not put into its drawer? It's gonna break. Round bottom flask just on the edge of your table? It's gonna break. Erlenmeyer flask sitting perfectly in your hand? It's gonna break. Broken glass sitting on the floor? You get the point. So when your thread starts off with:

Riot: Why are you treating profesisonal streamers and regular players differently? Why is Nightblue allowed to call this player a bitch and trash when you ban me for saying "morgana" ? <-

You should be thinking about what players are going to discuss, which would splinter into two different directions regarding a streamer and your punishment. If you don't want to address your prior punishment, either leave that line out or cease replying to conversations related to that punishment.

Banning people from discord is a last-ditch effort taken when others misuse the discord channels. I don't specifically know what led to your removal, but this is typically the case. If some time has passed and you feel like we can, with mutual respect, address concerns, then you can share your discord ID and I can have a herald look into it.

That's odd. Are you bumping your ticket? Every time you add a note, it kicks your ticket to the bottom of the support ticket queue.

Edited the comment, as I prefer not to remove unless necessary. The removal from Discord appears to have been for repeatedly pinging moderation after having your punishment explained to you and being told to stop pinging moderation. At some point you run out of chances/resources.

Okey that is rather strange. Yes I did "ping" moderators maybe 1 too many times... but that was due to lack of understanding of the rules or what happen... I believe I had waited a long time so I pinged again to my understanding as this was a long time ago.

What you are saying and what happend doesnt make 100% sense, like 30% of the story it looks like... Where is the part where chermorg telling me that every moderator feels violated by me? <- I have log about this.

I then got a scolding/yelling at by someone and I gave them a picture of what happen on my side... that I didnt get the same info they got (maybe cause I was in DND mode?) ... so basically it was an misunderstanding.

The Djinn I know this cause this is not the first time this happen to me. I told someone he made a "moronic call" and I was chat-restricted because I had called someone a "moron" , when asking your Twitter support about it they did admit that I was in fact chat-restricted for saying "moron" but they could not find me saying "moron" , I had said "Moronic" ... Its a huge difference.

Same goes with idiot and idiotic, hence why I ask you. Did I call someone an idiot or did I say that someone idea was idiotic? Like a person can be of normal intellect but still have an idiotic idea, like driving while being drunk <-

Actually, interestingly, my research shows that the above -- while a valid reason to be banned from Discord -- is NOT what led to your ban. I was mistaken previously, as my search wasn't showing the conversations from 10/31, which is after the pinging incident. My apologies for the confusion.

I'm reading through the behavior now, and I'm not seeing a lot of cooperation. I'm seeing you asking for assistance with something we cannot assist with, and refusing to accept that as an answer. You say you want to cooperate with us, certainly, but then that does not, in fact, occur.

Specifically, the reason for your ban was this:

Moderator: At this point, we've tried to help you, you wish to argue and insult us, assume we're "passing judgment", and you're wasting our time. This discord is a privilege and we want to do the best we can to help others. At this point... we're running out of options.

Response: Riot Lyte : A troll is a force that is motivated by drama and chaos. A troll needs anonymity platdform and an audience. I have a platform but Im not anonymous nor do I have an audience.. The fact of the matter is that there is a limit to what we can do, and when we cannot help and we are continually pressured eventually you lose your permissions. Based on the last conversation this ban was fully appropriate.

In the data I have available through Discord logs I cannot see a specific instance of this event, no. Additionally, even if a moderator HAD done this (and I am not discounting that possibility), it is not an acceptable excuse for some of your behavior, nor am I interested in reviving the subject now, as this conversation is already showing similar signs of many of the previous conversations I have on record. Try ctrl+F for find or whatever fast keys discord or the program you use to find... and look for "cooperate" or just "coop" <- See how many results you get.

People quit this game due to bad match-making. You can sometimes spend 10 games in a row playing well and still lose. Like Faker said, before it took 40 min until they found a game, but that game was even, fun and competative. Now a game is made within 3 min but its very uneven and random.

Again, that business model doesnt make any sense.

If they had 100 million player previously they lost about 80 million of them. (they lose ~20% of their playerbase each year since 2014) Lets say they gain 1 million new players each year <- It would take 80 years to get to that 100 million number egain <- Hence why the "new players getting flamed, so we are really banning people who flame them" <- makes no sense in a business mind. New players doesnt "pay the bills" What they do is they give view count to their videos from achivments they implemented in the game.

I have in fact run a business (computer store) and I have a degree in economics <- I have also worked customer service and support... Riot is the least support minded company I have ever seen and the only company that goes out of their way to lie about thier clients and then hide/protect themselves, like tantram who drops in every now and then, drops a bunch of lies and then hides. <- Noone is allowed to contact him... And Im not joking.

I did add 1 supporter as a friend ad dropped off an hello... he went "apeshit" , blocked me right away and then wrote in one of my tickets that what I did was not okey... That's the kind of service I get here, where else can I get this kind of service?
