Why is leaverbuster now automatically 20 minutes instead of 5 or 10? and after only 1-2 games?

I could swear it took at least 5-6 games in a row of leaving to get leaverbuster before. You also only got 5 or 10 minutes but didn't jump up to 20 automatically after 1-2 games.....

Sounds like you've left in the past Leaverbuster takes some time to scale down to the 5-10 min markers sounds like you're leaving quite a few games if you're at the 20 min mark already

The system is seeing you as a chronic repeat offender and it gets easier to get punished as you move up the punishment ladder.
