I could swear it took at least 5-6 games in a row of leaving to get leaverbuster before. You also only got 5 or 10 minutes but didn't jump up to 20 automatically after 1-2 games.....

No I don't normally ever get leaverbuster and the last time I got it on any of my accounts was like last december before this latest patch.
