Coz people are still spamming it in my games, pretty much every single game. I kept reporting them but there hasnt been any feedback yet. If you are not gonna take any action anyway I probably should just start doing it myself.

I hope so, it's dumb, annoying and disrespectful. I would always report everyone saying it unless it's ironic, now I just don't use all chat so it doesn't bother me.
Generally speaking, this behavior is not going to be punished unless it is either in combination with other mild toxicity, or it is extremely commonly used by the same person across many games. Your reports are not in vain, and they are helping to ensure that players who are consistently toxic are punished. However, they will not be punished for one or even a couple uses of that phrase most likely.

I personally feel that 'gg ez' is pretty damn tilting, more so than anything else like 'fuck you' or 'uninstall'.
