question about /remake
if the enemy team has a DC confirmed. would intentionally giving 1st blood to cock block the vote be bannable?

I do believe first blood on the team with the dc blocks it, not just first blood in general.
No it won't, primarily because doing that will not prevent a remake.
In order to prevent a remake, the first blood has to be against the short-handed team, so even if you give first blood, you cannot prevent the enemy team from remaking. First blood also has to happen before the player leaves. If a player leaves and then first blood happened, remake will not be prevented. So, if the enemy team already has a confirmed DC, it would be too late for a first blood to prevent a remake.
