Eh, I don't know about permaban. That's pretty harsh. I would say mark them for grieving/harassment in the report, and make a note about what they said.

I agree 100% it’s happened to me twice. I always want to respond with a 3 letter acronym but that’s a perma ban, even though it’s justified.
