I never use slurs. But i feel that riot should re evaluate their policies on the use of "hate speech". And here is why
A. "Pc" insults aren't any less insulting. And fundamentally there isnt really any difference
B. Intentional feeders aren't even punished as harshly as people who use slurs
C. There is a mute button.

Sounds like some unexamined privilege to me. People who say, "that isn't so bad" are almost always in a position not to be affected by it.
For example, I was in a meeting a couple weeks ago for all the team leads to discuss promotions, transfers and raises. The discussion turned to interviews and someone mentioned that one of the hardest parts of not getting selected for them was the sneaky suspicion they had been passed over because of the color of their skin. As a straight, white, Judeo-Christian cis-male, I have never had to worry about that.
The other point is that chat toxicity and feeding are two different systems. Resources being kept on the IFS isn't preventing development of FeederBuster. It's that intent is not an easy thing to determine.
I agree with you but you word your argument pretty poorly. I personally just refrain from typing now, as anything you say will likely tilt your teammates either way

In this day and age insults on the computer can be devastating !
The "Mute" button is Not there for your convenience man! It is there to get rid of hearing insults and such until a time when appropriate actions can be taken, Not in game as I am sure everyone understands.
There is a mute button, but if you want people to mute you, why even chat in the first place?
