I never use slurs. But i feel that riot should re evaluate their policies on the use of "hate speech". And here is why
A. "Pc" insults aren't any less insulting. And fundamentally there isnt really any difference
B. Intentional feeders aren't even punished as harshly as people who use slurs
C. There is a mute button.
Im not saying that people shouldn't be punished. What i am saying is it really isnt any different then "regular" toxic chat

If this affects you i highly suggests that you go in therapy for oversensitiveness about what really shouldn't affect you. The age limit on league is 13 and at that age we probably all already said most of the worst cursing words for fun. Bad view on cursing probably comes from religion and since religion doesn't apply on league well it's not a valid thing ( only one of the possibilities ). So if cursing does nothing but relief in the players then why the fuck is this an offense ? It's morally unacceptable to ban people simply for cursing ( except if there is a rational argument behind that wich i can't find ( if there's one tell me i'll either dismantle your argument or agree ) ). People have to stop to see bad where there isn't because at the end they're the one causing the real trouble.

Sounds like some unexamined privilege to me. People who say, "that isn't so bad" are almost always in a position not to be affected by it.
For example, I was in a meeting a couple weeks ago for all the team leads to discuss promotions, transfers and raises. The discussion turned to interviews and someone mentioned that one of the hardest parts of not getting selected for them was the sneaky suspicion they had been passed over because of the color of their skin. As a straight, white, Judeo-Christian cis-male, I have never had to worry about that.
The other point is that chat toxicity and feeding are two different systems. Resources being kept on the IFS isn't preventing development of FeederBuster. It's that intent is not an easy thing to determine.

Mostly because we're getting there, rather than being there. I'm old enough to remember when "retarded" was acceptable in polite company. I patiently await the day when someone comes crying about how that's the only thing on the reform card from their escalated ban.

People get escalated chat bans all the time and jumping to a perma is less common than you make it out to be. It really just depends on the amount and intensity of the toxicity.

In this day and age insults on the computer can be devastating !
The "Mute" button is Not there for your convenience man! It is there to get rid of hearing insults and such until a time when appropriate actions can be taken, Not in game as I am sure everyone understands.
