It's the end of the season and people are queuing for ranked and not trying to win

I'm not talking about players just not performing well, I'm talking about players joining the game and immediately saying 'end of season, I don't give a fuck if we win, just screwing around' and proceeding to try out AD Maokai for the first time ever at mid lane.

This really needs to be considered unacceptable behavior and given punishment. Ranked games should have more strict requirements than normal games to ensure it remains the competitive game mode.
