Only reason i make this post is because today i got my 14day ban on a smurf. Before you go on YOU TOXIC YOU GOT BANNED HURR DURR dear autists read the post cause it's not about my ban personally. So why did i get banned? i talked trash to my team 3 games in a row cause i was pissed of today just like every other dude gets banned nowadays ( and they should you should always mute ppl when you are mad if you care about ur account ) Now now the thing that triggers me with league for so long si that you can get away with ANYTHING as long as you are positive in game chat 3 weeks ago when i had 75% win rate on the said account and i was in promos to diamond as usual i got fucked over by the mathcmaking but im like it's ok i get 25 lp per win who gives a shit now after the promo i kept on losing and i got pissed after the 8th loss in a row so i said to myself OH well the account got trashed since it dropped below 65% win rate mightaswell fuck around so i decided to INT on the next 10games but the thing is i dont INT by dying to towers i INT'ed by picking random champios in random roles and generally beeign absolutely useless i lost like 5 games and got carried on the other 5 or so untill i started playign seriously again to get to diamond for the border and shit now what i wanna know is why a player that is beeing a liablity for his team and generally making a negative inviroment didnt recieve ANY punishement or ANY warning for his behavior up untill he actually talked shit and got banned for TOXICITY and his whole INT'ig went under the radar like it never happened. explain this to me and why is it allowed.

Ugh.. its kinda hard for automated system to catch you when you int feed/troll like that in a ... smart way. If someone int feeds by running towards enemy and dying over and over .. well its pretty easy to detect such trolls for automated system and bans them fast. But in your case , it is very hard to detect. System will consider you are just playing bad and playing bad is not bannable.

Toxicity .. well its very straight forward and easy to catch like traditional int feeding.

My guess? You probably won't be banned for your choice of champions in certain roles. It's probably on your other 4 teammates to make the judgement call to properly dodge. This is probably done so people that pick something off-meta but viable in a certain role don't get banned for it, but it allows people to sneak by with completely obnoxious games for no punishment.

tl;dr The equivalent of league of legends red-tape.

Because whether you're feeding or being toxic, you need to do it in more than 10 games for the system to notice you.

Why?

I know someone that hit challenger with a 50.01% winrate.

Personally, No one here knows how the system works. We can make guess's and speculation, but we don't know. So just to clarify, None of us really have an idea how the system works. I can also say that any perma ban, is reviewed by a riot employee prior to being given out. I've heard of players receiving an initial 14 day ban, only to be given a perma a couple days later. Which Makes me think that Someone who works for Riot reviews the ban's and punishments given out. I don't see how a automatic system would give a 14 day ban and without any one playing on the account, switch it to a perma ban.

I'm sorry if this offended anyone who made a statement, but truth be told unless you worked on the system yourself, you will not have any idea how it works. Just speculations off limited information given to us. For good purpose so players cannot' find ways around the system.

The fact that you started off this post by calling everybody who doesn't believe you "autists" I'm pretty sure you deserve that ban.

If all you're doing that you think is ban worthy is playing like an idiot why don't we just ban everybody in Bronze 5?

Because you need to be reported to be recognized by the system. I'm guessing that random behavior wasn't picked up by your teammates as trolling, whereas toxicity always is.
