Moderate your LAN server

It's still the wild fucking west when it comes to toxic players. Or just kill it. I'm not sure what future you see for that region when they play like two tiers below our NA players, the community you started off with. I've yet to see any improvement in neither skill nor behavior. But one thing's for sure: you need to get those Riot mods to do their jobs.

The same goes for any other region I've missed that is particularly very toxic.
