A while back I got a 10 game chat restriction and an honor reset.

I am still honor level 1 and unable to play clash (and my previous honor progress completely deleted as well)

All because I told someone that was harassing me and other players to shut up.

The system current just punishes you when in doubt and I think it needs tweaking.

Also when I submit a ticket to explain this they just say "you shouldn't have told someone to shut up" and okay I get that it's not nice but I thought this game was for teens and adults that can handle being told to shut up when they're having a tantrum.

You... actually can't get chat restricted just for telling someone to shut up one time. The system punishes for consistent toxicity - not just one phrase in one game (unless it's a zero tolerance word such as hate speech or kys.)

Lesser about needing tweaks on the punishment is dealt, it needs more clarity.

People who say the actual punishment review formula needing tweaks are the ones that don't understand how the system works.
