help please riot

im finding myself unable to use my automute program . because people have caught on and start ignoring pings and im forced to turn my chat back on. i feel a ban is coming. i love the game very much. but i can't simply wave a magic wand and "not be toxic" and i shouldnt have to be cast out by the game i love and enjoy. because a little 12 year old feels like provoking me into swearing at him. can you guys PLEASE at least give me the ability to turn chat off outside of game. and not be able to turn it back on until i'm back in lobby?

First, uninstall that third party program before it gets you banned and instead just rebind your "enter" key to something really hard to reach. It's what my cousin did when he got his chat restrictions. Hasn't escalated a bit since; no warnings, nothing. He is by no means reformed in reality, but his team doesn't need to know that :D
