Nice Game.

I love being told that I deserve to be hung, and that my entire family should get hit by a truck and killed.

Why do I constantly have to deal with and report this garbage every single game, just for nothing to get done about it? I never see any sign that these players are getting punished, so I can assume they're getting away with this shit right?

Thanks Riot. Thanks a lot.

Why would you assume so? Are you constantly running into the same people?

A quick cursory glace through this board should be proof enough that people are being banned for poor behavior.

"People" getting banned doesn't have any meaning to me. "People" doesn't mean anything about the ones that I am matched with. The ones I am matched with, are clearly getting away with it (at least for now), or else the system would be showing that someone somewhere was punished (because they do show you, without telling you who).

I am dealing with terrible statements like this in AT LEAST half of my games, or close to it. I won't say all, but it's running rampant in Silver tier. Silver is just a cesspool of children who do not understand how to keep their behavior in check and it drives me insane. Toxicity is present in all tiers, of that I'm certain, but in Silver it's much worse as that's where over HALF of the player population is located.

Do you think that Riot is specifically avoiding banning people in silver?

And where did I say that? Please stop with these non-sense accusations. What I said is, they have not punished the people who have been in MY games. No where did I say that Riot isn't banning players, and yes obviously they are banning players in Silver. You asked "Am I running into the same people" I said, Silver is really bad with toxicity in reply.

Obviously not everyone deserves to be instantly banned at the whim of some random player crying, but I've been through enough of these games that I feel fully justified making a complaint on these boards for them to see. I'm tired of dealing with people, I've been using the system to make reports like they ask players too, only to see that nothing is being done about them. It has nothing to do with Riot not banning players or not banning players in my tier.

It was a question. Cool thyself.

I'm trying to figure out why you think you being in silver should have some significance on how Riot treats toxic players. I pointed out that people are being banned in my previous response, and you replied back with claims that toxic behavior is running rampant in silver.

The highest number of player means there are more possible players for you to be matched against. If you had a toxic player in every other game, the bigger elo tier is going to have more people. That's simple math, friend.

Let's say 1 out of every 20 people is a toxic (made up number). That ratio wouldn't change if you met 1000 people compared to 100.

But the NUMBER of people that are toxic does. If you play 2 games a day so 20 possible players and there are only 20 people to play with that's 1 person in that group who is toxic. If you're in an elo with 2000 people it's 100 people. Basic math.

You're not simultaneously in a match with everyone in your elo at the same time. You're in a match with nine other people.

If there are less people in your elo bracket then you're just going to run into the same people more times. Which would mean running into the same toxic person multiple times.

If you play 2 games a day so 20 possible players and there are only 20 people to play with that's 1 person in that group who is toxic. If you're in an elo with 2000 people it's 100 people. Basic math.

I don't think you're getting the concept of "basic math". The chance of you getting a toxic person does not change with increased people if you keep the ratio the same.

We're not talking about the chance, we're talking about the number.

Why are you talking about number? At what point are you in a match with 1000s of people at the same time?

Insults make for a poor argument.

You deserve to be hung? Compliment

No one deserves to be hanged.

At least you're not dense, unlike whoever said that to you.

I don't think he was dense, just tilted.

Somebody misused hung vs hanged. There's a difference, damnit!

I'll stop. I'm sorry that happened to you. Clearly he was intending to say something harmful.
