People spam it as if punishment doesn't exist at all. It need to be a part of the auto trigger system

Is it bm? Yea a bit. Is it anywhere near hate speech or encouraging suicide? No, not in the slightest.
The auto trigger system is for the worst of terms which riot doesn't believe have any place within spitting distance of their game.
You shouldn't let two letters affect you so much.
If that affects you so much, turn off "all chat".
GGEZ isn't actually punished, it can impact things when a punishment is decided, but it's not punished in itself. Don't let a word get to you seriously it's not that hard.

I wouldn't say the mocking someone's skill level, especially right after they're suffering from a loss, is appropriate; however, I also don't think it's something deserving of a punishment by Riot. The generic advice would be for you to mute these people, but the better idea would be for you to play with friends if possible.
You don't need to have friends who play this game to do that, you simply try to play with people who were the exception to the toxic rule. If you can get along with your teammates better, you can win more games. "GGEZ" would no longer seem to apply, because you'd be the one winning.
