What can I do when flaming teammates lie that I offend them in /all chat?

I just had this game - this is the match history: http://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUW1/2602673210/207790158?tab=overview

So i am pretty sure that any moderator can read the chat history. I rare care if i am being offended. I consider myself a tough skin player, but after this game i feel pretty soiled. I would rarely care enough to even write description under the report, but that was disgusting. I just had 2 premades in my team, who were actually flaming the other people in the team. While no one really cared about them and we just kept playing they typed in /all chat "report **** for calling me the N word". It was me and another player, who were slandered.

disclaimer: I know i will not be punished even if other players reported me for no reason. However - as i said I feel pretty disgusted from that behavior. I know that writing here would barely make them punished, but for real - now can one be so low to lie something like that. Sorry about the QQ thread, but to be honest I needed that i needed to take this out of me. I've rarely felt so dirty as I felt now, being with one game with such people.

Thank you all for taking time to read and answer my rant. Have a wonderful day

Simple

Ignore it and report the person at the end of March, you can tally it under hurassment, griefing, and unsportsmanlike like conduct, and probably 2-3 more of the report options wordings would be acceptable

Then type what they did that made you feel they deserved a report

You can't do anything. Even if you /allchat and told them you didn't say that, in the enemy's eyes is your words vs his.

When I see an enemy /allchat and say that his team mates are toxic and ask us to report him, I'll normally tell him "I'll report you instead for threatening to report team mates" or "No, cos I can't see his chat". I do typically end up reporting the enemy that tells me to report his team mates, cos he is probably stirring up unwanted negativity in his chat.

Nothing, and that's all you have to do.

You will not be punished if you didn't actually do anything.

use the command /mute all it helps trust me. This is how you counter players like that.

Ignore them.

Mute them.

Report them for harassment after the game.

All the reports do is flag the game for review. If you haven't done anything report worthy, then the report will be determined false and discarded.
