Their history has multiple games over the past month where they did this; the enemy team's kills don't match the number of deaths.

Can we please get some actual resources dedicated to finding and banning these players? This is fucking sad and should not be happening in ranked games.

Just make sure to report them, and include a detailed report of exactly what they are doing. Unfortunately automated systems really can't help with this, so you need employee reviews. The more detail you can provide the better. It sucks how long it takes, but this is the only way.
