examples

forcing a losing teamfight deliberatly throwing baron/dragon as jungler recalling at the last second in the middle of a fight

you can report it but good luck getting any punishments to happen. there is just no way to prove it

Any kind of negative behavior is reportable. Stop trying to read between the lines to try to find out what's punishable and what's not. Skirting between the two constantly is not gonna work.

I have personally have never seen anyone get punishment for griefing/trolling in this game. So I doubt you'll get anywhere.

As a Bard player, I'd be long gone if this were reality =P

I mean, I'm pretty good with Bard, but everybody who plays a champ with friendly fire potential has lost their team a fight before...
