There's a clear line between being too sensitive, and you actively hurting the team. You need to assume these guys aren't playing well because they don't know, and say "what do you need from me?"
They're more inclined to ask what they're doing wrong at that point. And the 5% is likely not players who aren't sensitive. I'm also not very sensitive, but I also don't flip out and scream at people, which is also being really emotional by the way. Just because you don't think anger is an emotion doesn't mean that it's not.
