IP Boosting Legal or Illegal?
Agreeing to not harm the enemy team in say, twisted treeline to prolong the game for an hour before surrendering.
And before you comment, can you find it on the terms and service?

What you're doing is dragging a game out, which is not actually fast for ip generation. So unless you're harassing the players, feeding, attempting to disrupt another players experience inside the game. It should be fine Understand that if you try to do this with a rando teammate, they are within their rights to report you As you are intentionally not aiming to win the game, which will be considered harassment(or something)
If you're looking for fast ip generation 5 man team, tell enemy team to push down mid(games ends in 7 ish mins) you gain butt loads of ip as long as you are 5 stacked it is not likely to obtain you a punishment(still can be seen as throwing the game)
