Question about low priority queue/leaverbuster

Right now I have to play 5 match made games until this restriction is lifted and I have to wait 20 minutes each. Is there something like AFK Level and does it get reset? I mean at first there's 2 minute low priority queue if I remember correctly, and there's more severe punishments such as 5 mins, 10 mins, 20 mins. I'm wondering what happens if I'll have to afk once more.

And in all of my AFK games I had problems with either reconnecting to the game, or there was power outage. I think it will happen sometime soon, so I was wondering how long it takes for my "afkinglevel" to get reset. Sorry if the question was unclear.

I am intentionally dodging your question, but you need to fix the connection issues. I have had a couple of afks myself due to issues, and leavebuster has never flagged me.

If your problems are close enough together to get flagged by leavebuster, then you need to fix your connection issues before playing. I know it seems harsh, but you have to remember that 9 other people are affected by your dcs, whether they are intentional or not.
