Viewing Allied Ping

Why was the ability to view allied ping removed? Was it because seeing someone's ping would "promote toxicity"? I think it's the other way around: if someone is legitimately lagging and they say so in chat, people won't believe them. I've seen this happen way more than people flaming their teammates for high ping in the past. If somebody did have high ping, it's actually constructive criticism to tell them to stop playing. Doubting someone who is legitimately lagging and flaming them for "lying" is not constructive in any sense.

When you saw everyone's ping, there was a lot of comments like "god dammit fix your fucking internet your poor (insert any racial slur you want here)".
