i feel like losing hextech rewards for a simple chat restriction is unfair. considering how easy to get one it is if you're not a freaking boyscout. and how FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON riot thought it was a good idea to take away the player behavior warnings. maybe make it so you get them back once your chat restriction is over
Why should people who can't behave be given free stuff?
It isn't like you lose eligibility forever, you have to earn your status back.
I think it should be you cant earn rewards until your chat restriction s over, or a max of double your chat restriction games. The hextech is what keeps me playing. But since I cant earn anymore, I see NO reason to continue playing.
And since they said its games, me no longer playing = no chance to get outa reformed period. Its a broken mechanic that rito prob wont ever fix.
I personally believe the only people that agree with the chat res/reward res are casuals.
I think the system is stupid, unfair and glaringly ridiculous.
The chat restriction is enough punishment with potential for ban. Further restrictions from one of the key new fun parts of the game is stupid af, if you disagree you're a clown.
It definitely needs to be reworked or AT LEAST made incredibly clearer when you can earn them back. As in;
You have just come off chat restriction and you now must play; {Insert game number} with no reports Being honored decreases the count faster.
The system is set-up to oppress a huge chunk of competitive and passionate players who have issues with certain behavioral aspects.
You wouldn't punish a kid who has problem with cursing by gagging him and then starving him would you?
It is taking one of the few perks to play this game, because lets be real.
Skins are overpriced, the ELO system is shot-shit and ranked tiers are full of premades and boosted animals.
