Ok Riot, please tell me what on earth in this chat log justified an instant feedback ban for flaming

I barely even talked to my team this game; most of the chat is to the Mundo main on the enemy team or to a teammate explaining the build. Do you see flame here? I sure don't. Hell, the only negative thing here is me saying the game is over when Twitch and Karthus are ahead; considering we lost less than 3 minutes later, I'm not sure how that's even being negative so much as a statement of fact.

Edit: Got a message back from Riot support. Turns out the abbreviation for Phantom Dancer is a slur in a different language and triggered their zero tolerance system. Definitely would have never guessed that one.

Either you're lying, leaving out a part of the story, or a bug occcured and it pulled the wrong chat logs. Contact support, they can tell you more.

Yeah, it's definitely showing wrong chat logs. These logs aren't punishment worthy at all. You're just talking Mundo things lol.

Yeah, it's a pretty BS system with no oversight. It desperately needs to be improved so those unfairly accused have a chance at a fair outcome. There need to be actual rules with way more clarity than this vague silliness which protects NO ONE and does not really offer any serious guidelines. You need some level of specificity in rules to protect both parties (not just the offended players).

If players want to report you, it doesn't matter much whether they are right to do it and you actually broke a rule. It's pretty nuts. Most of the time, people report for valid reasons but if you somehow rub people the wrong way, they will still have that power regardless of whether they are justified. It's a complete joke at the moment even if it works fine the vast majority of the time. It is not acceptable. I'd rather we have no system (and just mute if I need to) than one that is actually immoral.

There was zero basis for a report based on those game logs (assuming that's all it gave) and I'm guessing that the players aren't being nice to you either. People defend all kinds of BS which makes no sense so I'm sure there will be some in this thread trying really hard to twist your words into something they call "toxic". Meanwhile, the people who left the flagrantly false reports get no punishment.

For the last month or two we saw a ton of people banned over nothing.

What, do words stupid, easily and stealing warrant a ban now?
