I love how the tips keep talking about the "tribunal" before every game

When it hasn't existed for YEARS, and there's no sign of it actually coming back. The community is worse than its ever been, the trolls plague every single game i play, and there is no tribunal to make me feel like i can actually make a difference. Riot, I'm really about over your BS.
