Q: End of season rewards. Just a few questions.

So I got chat restricted. I deserved it. I'm just looking for information.

  1. I played through my 25 game chat restriction and was positive as I could be. Said basically gl hf, gj, gg wp, and play oriented chat (go baron, exct).
  2. I am still not on hex tech loot. I don't actually care much about hex tech crafting. It's mostly an outlet for my excessive IP to improve champion mastery. I was curious if when this turned back on I could get my end of season rewards?
  3. Is there any possible way to know if I'm getting end of season rewards if not related to hex tech loot?
  4. Will being actively positive help put my account back in good standing? Playing more while being positive? Getting honored by randoms? Help me out here. I'm just looking for information on how to be better and have it show.

For #2, from Hextech Crafting Restrictions:

Why am I still ineligible for crafting rewards after my punishment ends?

The reform period lasts longer than the punishment duration. Show consistent improved behavior, and you'll become eligible again in no time.

Why can't you tell me exactly when I'm going to be eligible?

Eligibility is dependent on a consistent display of good sportsmanship, not just "be nice in X number of games or days." Negative behavior during this reform period will cause it to last longer.

How long does it usually take for someone to be eligible again?

There is no specific timeframe for eligibility, and the length of the reform period may vary on a case by case basis. It all depends on the severity of your punishment, and on your behavior moving forward.

For #3 I don't have that information and would recommend getting in touch with Support via a Support Ticket for that information (assuming someone else doesn't answer it first).

For #4 yes, maintaining a neutral or positive behavior will allow your account to get gradually back in good standings.

Ok. Thanks for the information. I knew most of that already. I was hoping someone could give me guidance as to playing and being positive vs playing on my smurf and letting the account rot without playing games. I don't really care about crafting. I mostly want the Victorious Maokai.
