The judge sent me to jail for a crime I've already been punished for

-The judge did not tell me how many levels were in this jail. (Am I in solitary? Am I in General Population?) -The judge did not tell me how long my sentence will last. -The judge did not tell me what sort of behavior will expedite my sentence. (Can I mute everyone? Do I have to get honored?) -The judge did not tell me that for my original crimes I would be doubly punished after serving my initial sentence

I don't care that I don't get Hextech Crafting stuff. It's a nice bonus, and it would give me more incentive to play, of course, but there's nothing I really WANT. On principle though, I do care that I don't know how long this moratorium on rewards will last. The tier system and the manner to navigate it is completely nebulous. Nor was there any indication, prior to the release of Hextech crafting, that those ALREADY punished would be barred from using it. That, in itself, is largely forgivable. The lack of transparency and shortage of information is patently unfair, however.

Should it be more clear when you'll receive rewards again? Ya, probably. But you aren't being punished. You're just not being rewarded. Hextech loot is a reward for positive players.

For a company that always uses the buzzword of "clarity", Riot seems to be one of the least 'clear' with regard to just about anything and everything. MMR and matchmaking are hidden, their Elo calculations themselves are hidden, new projects are---at best---vague, their various bans for 'terms of use' violations are obscure and unclear and even their punishment system itself is very murky.

Why so many secrets? It's a goddam video game not the CIA.

The way you type is really arrogant and annoying, I see why you get reported every game.
