I know that in lobby when someone pick intents a champion they are semi greyed out on other's screens during ban/pick phase. Your own teammates should be actively restricted from banning your pick intent... I do not know about the pick phase but showing who you want to play allows trolls to ban your picks.

That really depends on pick order. If you want a high contested champ but don't have first pick, I am probably banning it.

Trolls will be trolls whatever you say, if you do this this could go the opposite way also, they could pick your counters before you pick.. sadly i dont think it wil happen, just report them. :(

I have already told riot about this and they didn't want to change it. Promoting trolling like this is why people leave League for other communities.
