Client crash wouldn't let me go to post game lobby so I can't report

But I know from past experience that if I try to make a Support ticket to report people for toxic behavior they just waggle their fingers at you for not using the proper in-client channels and throw it away.

Is it going to accomplish anything if I file a support ticket for toxic behavior, remembering that a client crash prevented me from using the preferred method.

I would. If anything, when they get enough of those tickets (I have had to make a few for people adding me as friends then harrassing me and abusing me in chat... so no post/during/pre game lobby to report in), maybe they'll accept it as a reasonable way to report.

I sent a support ticket to report someone, explaining that the client crashed after the game ended, so I couldn't do it the normal way, and that I would have if it didn't. Whoever it was that responded to my ticket understood. I guess it depends on whether or not you can properly explain your case and why you didn't use the standard, established method.

As long as you explain the situation using legible english and not fancy l33tsp33k, you should be okay.
