I think dodging need a bigger punishment

people are dodging way too much, way too much. even with the new dynamic queue where one is allowed to pick 2 roles and promised to get one of them, people are still dodging extremely frequently in normal queue.

i am currently still waiting for a game it had been 20 minutes of dodging and pairing back up with the same guys. the new dynamic queue takes much longer than the old system to go through champ select, so thses dodgers need to get punished harder than the old queue too!

(surprising how i still arent in a match yet after typing all these stuff on my phone, lets wish no one dodge dis game.)

You do realize they are dodging because they are forgetting to lock in or expecting the client to pop-up at their turn to ban/pick as they are alt-tabbed out. Old habits die hard. Even I "dodged" a norm by accident through a similar way.

By no means do we need harder punishments. In fact, for norms, I think the punishment is strict enough as is

Nah things come up maybe even an emergency penalties are fine as they are it's bad enough you have to wait almost 30 minutes after only two dodges.
