flamebaiting and passive aggressivee gameplay

when is riot going to address the issue of people trying to bait other players into being toxic for the purpose of reporting them, as well as people being toxic without typing or blatantly obvious feeding. such as :

• ping spam

• doing the opposite of anything you say simply because you said it. even if they know you're right

• clutch trolling eg. "jungler deliberatly not smiting drag/baron or smiting it early on purpose to throw off dps, or deliberatly forcing a losing teamfight

• inting 2 or 3 kills but then playing normally

• watching people die literally right in front of you at full health in a 1v2

• troll farming "doing nothing but farm the whole game"
