Riot "enabling" this sort of behavior.

It's good to see that the guy who, at the exact game start, said to me "Nidalee, I hope everyone you love dies", is still actively playing games, even after I, and I assume everyone else on my team, reported him/her.

Good to know that Riot is indirectly supporting these types of behavior. There is no reason or argument you can tell me that this should not be permanently bannable. No place for behavior like this to be in the game. And no, muting that player doesn't help. You shouldn't have to resort to muting just to not read what such a player says.

Ahh yes, obviously Riot supports said behavior because the player wasn't immediately permabanned. Look, does that sort of behavior belong in a game? No. However, there is a punishment system. That means the player could have been punished with a chat restriction or 14 day ban depending.

Why not ? Why it doesn't help ?

I mean, I know this behaviour is upsetting and all, but the system does not punish right away. If he keeps doing it I'm sure actions will be taken. I, by the way, have just finished a game where our Mundo was calling our Zed a dog. Not just once. Every time he died (he died 15 times but wasn't inting--- he was only having a bad day) Mundo went, "THIS ZED IS A REAL DOG" (I quoted word-by-word).

I believe a chat restriction could be in order, but then it doesn't fall upon me to judge the situation. Don't care about it. The person has to live with himself, but you'll probably never see him again. I think it's enough punishment if someone has to live being on such lowermost behaviour probably all the time.

youre therefore opening yourself up to this toxicity on purpose, lol.

granted he shouldnt have said it in the first place but by not muting immediately any further tilt you get from flame is 100% on you
