Your only real recourse here is to play more games and watch your behavior to make sure this doesn't happen again. You're belittling, insulting, and harassing teammates for most of this game, and that will get you punished. Sorry I don't have better news for you.

If you got banned you must of had a chat restriction on your account in the past and the use of a zero tolerance thing like cancer is a huge contributor

I honestly dont care if my response is helpful or not it never was intened to be helpful. Got loads of accounts and in all these years never been banned nor chat restricted or whaever so. he was toxic and deserved it. and i assume that wasnt helpful either so bite me :)[zombie-brand-clap]

There should be a lock symbol by your honor icon in your profile. You will not accrue honor again until that lock goes away. It goes away by playing. So, it's kinda like you have interest you have to pay off before you can start going positive again.

I am going to guess the R Word is what got you chat restricted and Honor 1. Don't use that word. And you used it repeatedly.

you were given 1 game as a sample of what got you punished. It is by no mean the ONLY game where you were toxic in. Read your chat again, was there any doubt in your mind or any mind you got punished for it? Most people would go straight to 14-day ban with how many Rxxxxx you used.....

Just because others are toxic to you does not mean it is appropriate or okay to be toxic back. If you notice someone with toxic behavior, simply mute them and use the post-game lobby to give a report to Riot about the player.

As for your chat logs, usually, they only give you the logs for the game that caused the ban, not all games you were toxic in. What type of ban did you get? A chat restriction, suspension, etc? Then I can tell you what happened in terms of if/why you skipped punishment tiers, but I'm not sure what level you are on.

If you want to improve your Honor, you simply have to play games and be positive, encourage teamwork, and be a good teammate!
