Flamed in lobby - check Trollish pick - check Flamed for no reason since minute 1 - check Dies couple of times in first minute - check Starts intentionally feeding and building 6 tears - check Afking for periods of time - check Encouraging suicide - check Racism - check Sexist comments - check Making up things to get enemy to report me for what he is doing - check Flaming in after game lobby - check Has a premade friend so all this x2 - check Trying to add me 100 times (and counting), probably so that he can troll and insult me more - check (and help btw how do I stop this)

RITO help please, permaban this scum or I will lose hope in both your system and humanity, I dont think any person in this community wants to have any connection to this kind of human being.
Inb4 I get banned for calling him a scum, he gets away for free, I wouldnt even be surprised...

You can block him so he cant add you as a friend. Did you report him after the game? If not submit a ticket to report him now. Riot will look into the games and punish him accordingly. Sounds like he will get punished if he did all those things. Sorry you experienced such a bad player.

Hey thanks, I totally forgot about that block option. As far as reporting goes, if I taught anything in 6 and a half years of playing, its that reports very rarely punish this kind of people unless they do it on a regular basis, it usually punishes players that regulary flame, troll or even argue (I have gotten three 10 game chat bans in last year just for arguing, no flame) , so if he goes into his acc (probably smurf) and just does what he did to me and 2 of my teammates which is make me sick and want to never play this game again, he probably wont get punished. And even if he does get punished, its still his smurf and he can continue to do this on other smurfs and even his main, we REALLY need IP banning or something for this extreme kind of, not even flame, its just hate speech and lack of any reason or decency.

Ip banning doesn't work or will harm other users indirectly banning them as a result it can easily be worked around

Reports do work, a history of it or extreme cases are punishable

I don't think it's even possible to die twice in the first minute of a game. You're stuck in Fountain for like 15 or 20 seconds, then it'll take another 15 or 20 to reach an enemy tower, then you gotta respawn and make it back up there to die again. Wtf dude, why you making shit up?
