lying about another person's chat to the enemy team trying to get them reported for hate speech

C) Even if they get reported for hate speech, the automated system would check to see if they actually said hate speech. If they didn't, it's not a problem.
D) If the entire team consented to opening mid, would you get reported for it?

B, it makes it so you can appeal to have the ban reduced to a chat ban and/or removed more easily.
C. it can be used to escalate the punishment of the person lying. ESPECIALLY if someone on the enemy team took the bait and reported the intended victim
D. the enemy team may report you for saying it in chat,

C) Again, Riot already has this data. All you need to do is report them; begging for reports is generally considered pretty shitty already, even if it's accurate.
D) Doesn't mean you're gonna get punished for it.
