Is it ok to vote no to surrender if...
You know the game is lost but just want to finish the game so you can have some fun trying to farm back info the game. I usually never surrender because I think I can have fun in a losing game.

Not really. I mean, if you can see a way for your team to win by just farming up and playing defensively, then sure, but if you realize your team is refusing to take your advice and they keep running into death, then it's probably better to just surrender for their sake.
If you're not doing it out of spite, continue the game in hopes of winning. There is nothing wrong with it. But if you know game is lost, consider others opinions as well. If 3/5 want to ff, and 1 man doesn't vote, and you're needed to ff maybe just ff for em
It's your choice, you can keep playing if you want to.
However, from the view of some of my ranked games i can say it's very frustrating to have games which are 100% lost and some people, usually the one who is like 1/12 and wants to get carried, keeps pressing "No" while the enemy team is doing baron after they took the 3rd inhib. (just an example :D)
You are pretty much the definition of an asshole for putting 4 other people through a bad time simply because "You want to have fun". That's just my opinion though.
I never surrender til it's completely lost c:
I just had that situation a few days ago. Although I rarelly surrender myself, i voted yes in this game , there was no hope, we were getting destroyed and one teammate had now gone afk. But we had to endure this painful experience because a teammate wanted to practice his CS.
Do you realise how unmotivating it is to play a support that deals no dammage in a situation like that. Where is the fun?
