Havent played league in a couple days, come back to see a system message when I go into second game

of the day and I get a system message saying i got suspended for 2 weeks. The first game I played I didnt say a thing in all chat, what is the meaning of this? Some old thing I did?

and id think if i was issued the suspension some time ago itd have told me before i got into first game
