How comes that Hashinshin isn't baned?

Like seriously, that guy is toxic beyond belief. I see a lot of posts here from people who got baned for being toxic and using bad words, sometimes, even for some shitty crap that shouldnt be banable but that guy, Hashinshin STILL PLAYS LEAGUE and streams every single day like...theres an evidence, you can go and watch his streams and see it yourself. Its not even that he call people names on twitch, i know it has nothing to do with League system, but he also WRITES IT IN THE CHAT! I saw him calling people retarded, dumb, idiots, autistic literally every single tine he gets killed. Hes unsportmanlike and promotes negative behaviour, he often ints and trolls as well and.........HES STILL PLAYINH ON HIS MAIN ACCOUNT!

Is that a double standard or what? When i see something like that I refuse to believe that Riots punishing system is automated.

Because he's just an annoying %%%%t. If annoying %%%%s faced some kind of punishment in this game, half the playerbase would be gone right now.

At challenger level, you know everyone more or less personally you play with or against. They call each other names all the time. Imaqtpie does the same thing. But everyone knows each other so to them it's not offensive, and everything is still fun and games. You don't like what he types? Don't watch his stream. I doubt you'd be otherwise impacted by it, since you aren't Challenger.

He knows many of the people he plays with, so many of the times its just banter. Also if the people dont report him and dont have a problem with it then i dont see why he should be punished.
