Honestly, there is a time for the jungler to push your lane and there is a time for your jungler to fuck off. You're silver 3, junglers and laners both don't know when the jungler should "tax". Generally it's to deny the enemy laner farm, force out a teleport or reset the minion wave if it's unfavourable for the laner who just had to back.
if you arent there to take the minions they will jsut die to tower anyway and tower takes damage.
