The drunk teammate stated in the beginning of the game that he is drunk, and this graves basically afk farm all game and spent all his attention calling out the drunk mundo for being "autistic" and "retarded", I wonder if this graves will get banned.

It's definitely insensitive to anyone who has a family member who is on the autistic spectrum and it's also pretty mean spirited and intended to be an inflammatory comment and an attempt to get under your teammates skin.
