The unpunished virus that is Leavers has finally reached my promos

Title says it all, 1-1 in series, teammate ADC leaves 15 minutes into the match. We get pummeled and a well placed enemy rift gives the enemy team victory.

This is the third day IN A ROW where I have had a teammate leave my game early. That's 9 games played, a leaver rate of 33%. And in 2 of the 3, the game ended within the 5 minute window so they don't get hit with LeaverBuster (the X over the champion portrait).

Better chance I get punished for toxicity saying "Report him for leaving" than he does for costing everyone on our team -20 LP. So messed up, yo. 33% leaver rate.
