ARAM BOTS are out of control again!

Please can you do something about the BOTS in ARAM? Every single game almost I have at least one BOT on my team while the enemy team has no BOTS. I know at one time it got really bad and Riot did something that cleaned them out. I don't know what it was but the game got good again. Well, now their back and you must clean them out again. It's getting hard to have a fair game in ARAM. I'm begging you. I used to have so much fun with this game. I will miss it.
