Bring Back "Bad Player" Report?

Too many games do I find myself losing due to a teammate who has played the game mindlessly without thinking or trying to improve, thus making them have the skill level of a level 10 when they're playing with level 30's. Too often do I lose because somebody was lazy and bought their account. Please bring back the report for bad player option. If Riot actually looks at those reports and changes matchmaking for that player because of it (A trend not just one bad game), this problem of having, not intentionally feeding, but bad players on the team, might become less of an issue.
