Yep i said it, i know it sounds weird but the most natural form of tilting really is the typing towards others and effects them as well. It would be nice to mute myself during a tilt without worrying about the consequences of being reported and effecting other players on rift.

Self-control in this case is a bit harder because your hands are already on your keyboard. You need your hands on the keyboard to play League.
Kinda like putting a bottle of beer in an alcoholic's hand and telling him not to drink it.
Yes, you can move the chat off-screen or something. The alcoholic could also put the bottle down and go somewhere else. Naturally, he won't do that.
