here's a solution to dealing with pregame toxicity in ranked/draft. why not mix some of the good things with dynamic queue. with some of the benefits from the old teambuilder. my suggestion is that pregame lobby would have 3 phases. team select. ban select. and then champ select. the 1st phase would be almost identical to the old teambuilder and allow requeue/kick. but instead of selecting a champ and role. players select 2 roles/fill. and highlight 3 champs for both roles "could select the same champ for both" "fill players would just select 6 champs. and must include at least 1 marksman and at least 1 support. in thier picks phase 2 would move on to bans leaving lobby after this point would result in a dodge penalty.. which would be distributed like dynamic queue. then players would select champs.

Couple things: first, I'm having a really hard time actually understanding what exactly the structure you're suggesting is. Second, you realize how incredibly long this would take?

This queue would make it impossible for anyone in high elos to get into a game in less than 30 minutes.
