I don't want people who can't or wont communicate in my ranked games

Having had several chat restrictions myself. I can tell you straight up. Being on a chat ban is a detriment to your team, therefore. I feel that people with chat bans should not be allowed in ranked until their chat ban is over. Hots already does this, Also. I would like to recieve notification that ive been muted. That way i know not to waste time typing to someone who cant see it. And ping muting should be disabled in ranked altogether
