should players who are chat restricted or coming off a ban get LPQ

in my opinion. the amount of trolls in ranked is just too huge. especially if riot wants to make it so you cant respond to them. my solution. players who are toxic and get punished. should get low priority queue for a certain number of games similar to afks. for a chat restriction. it could be the number of games you're chat restricted for. and for a 14 day ban it could be 40 games. this would reduce the number of negative players across all queues, not effect anyone's mmr. and could also make it less likely to get matched with the same troll oover multiple games
