Just had my jungler ban my pick intend, then pick Singed with TP ghost.

I dodged, but I'd love to report %%%%s like that without having to let a game like that go through...

You have provided no reason to report the Singed. (Banning intents is not reportable. Choosing wrong summoner spells is not reportable; as far as I know.)

At the same time, you gave a reason to report yourself.

The guy stole someone's role, which Riot said is reportable in the new championselect.

How do you figure?

  1. The game never started. They didn't actually steal anything.

  2. Riot hasn't full on enforced meta yet. (As far as I know)

Meta? No. But Jungle was his intended role and he tried to steal the role away.

The game never started. You don't know if they were actually going to steal your lane. Actions are different than words.

Now from my perspective, you didn't provide "chat logs". The only information I have is, they were assigned jungler and didn't take smite. Not taking smite as a jungler is not reportable.

I'm not encouraging their previous behavior. I don't know their future behavior. What if, they switched to smite at the last second? What if, they played smiteless jungle? Then you literally have no case.
