Got unjustified ban and riot support keeps ignoring what im saying.

(dont read just the chatlogs and proceed in telling me that behavior is punishable. ik that but thats not the case here. You will understand if you read what i say to riot.support in the below screenshots.)

From what i understood, he said that my behavior was so extreme that i instantly got 25 chat restricted games and 2 weeks ban within 24 hours for the same games. Which makes no sense. If that was the case i would have instantly get punished for 2 weeks ban. And how can i be punished twice for the same chatlogs. He never answered me that. Its like he was trying to avoid my point.

Im am desperate. I feel like he wants to permaban me for no reason. Even if i w8 one more week and start playing again im sure i will get banned for chatlogs like that 2nd one which triggered my ban, and when i go to support about why i got perma banned they can as well say the same thing as now, that my behavior in the past was so extreme that the system escalated quickly and got me instantly perma banned. why is this happening to me. I feel like i need an irl lawyer about this case. I thought riot support treats you as their friend and innocent until proven guilty, but this "RISING BLADE" behavior "specialist" seems like he doesnt even care if i am innocent or not. I read somewhere there are 1/6000 false punishments. I am sure mine was one of them and i am also sure that this "RISING BLADE" has never exonerated any of those cases.

I dont know whats left to say, support has pretty much covered everything. You seem obsessed over that one chat log which seems quite positive, however it's entirely possible that your behavior was the problem not chat and the person reporting simply picked the wrong reason, thus making it a valid report albeit for the wrong reason.

Gl, I've had friends get banned for saying "gg" in game. AND ONLY "gg" Rito is a bunch of retarded monkey's, end of story.

Just keep messaging them everyday all day telling them how they do not understand. Eventually they might pull their heads out. Simple logic is hard for Rito to understand though.

So basically you were toxic in your games, (keyword games; plural) and they bumped your 25 chat ban to a 14 day ban. Like he said in his reply punishment can bypass/skip so while at first looking the automated system probably punished you to the 25 chat ban, but from the frequent reports someone looked into your account and skip it to the 14 day ban. How hard is that to understand? its not unjust. you were just really toxic to the point where they feel like a 25 chat ban wouldnt do anything to help you and feel like you deserve a 14 day ban.

Its weird as one of the replies he states you gotten at least 5 games of chatlog. Whereas we only see 2, one of which is irrelevant. so where is the other three? Something just seems really off with this. which makes me think you are withholding other chatlogs which would prove that you deserve a jump in punishment.

If you can't contest the ban any further, then just take it respectfully. If you continue to let it bother you, you're just risking getting another ban when you come back.
