Fizz full of bugs. riot do something already.

He cant obtain Glimpse of the Void buff. when he tries to get it it disappears. its not in the ground, nor in his stats. poof. gone.

Except that, his ulty is being treated like a pure slow. qss drops the fish, morgana's shield works like a banshee's veil shield and drops the fish, while yi is in his ultimate he keeps dropping the fish, evelynn's w drops the fish, gp's w drops the fish, garen;s q drops the fish....

And with the fact that his q can be dodged with flash, his only secure damage ability is his e. in high elo he is total trash now. riot do something plz.

Thats working as it should, some time back when they did the change to QSS, I asked RIOT if QSS would still work with Fizz ultimate and got this http://prnt.sc/aug0i6

As for the rest of what you said, I think I've seen somewhere thats it's somewhat intentional

if its intentional then riot fucked up again. back at season 5 they nerfed his q and w big time and buffed his ultimate giving it this mark with 20% more dmg, saying fizz should rely more on his ultymate as an assassin if he wants to assassinate some1. then they nerfed his q making it possible to be dodged with flash by anyone, making him rely only on his ultimate. now if they nerf his ulty like this he is gonna be useless. he wont even be able to 1v1 the marksmen.

i guess you main fizz. did the glimpse of the void bug happen to you too ?

I havent had the chance to get it as Fizz so I can't say.

QSS removed his ultimate before the changes I don't see why he wouldn't 1v1 a marksmen right now.

We have to wait for the 6.10 patch notes today to see if they done anything regarding Fizz's ultimate interactions or if they are just gonna change something on 6.11.

doesn't GP's orange always remove the fish? And Morgana blackshied does not remove the fish, it only prevent the fish from attaching but will not frop an attacked fish. Just had a game against a fizz im pretty sure.

if a champion is already black shielded, and you throw him the fish, it will drop down. it wont bind. exactly the same thing happens with master yi if he is in his ultymate.

EDIT : about gp : https://youtu.be/qTaGup6pcUY?t=1m25s it removed the slow, as any of the above bugs i mentioned are supposed to do, it didnt drop the fish. thats why i call all of those bugs. they are supposed to remove the slow from the ulty, not the ulty itself.

no. i play morgana since season 2 and fizz since season 3. the fish would never drop. if the target had already the black shield before fish landed, then he would just not get slowed from it, but the fish would bind. if the target was black shielded after the fish would bind to him, then he would get slowed and the shield would just adsorb some magic damage. this is how it's been working ever since fizz release.

Edit : Generally, before patch 6.9, the only things that would drop the fish were spell shield (banshee's veil shield/sivir;s e shield) and the qss. After 6.9, the only thing that should change is that the qss shouldnt drop the fish anymore, just as it doesnt remove zed's deathmark, but instead it should just remove the fish's slow. Yet instead of that, qss still drops the fish, and on top of that a whole bunch of abilities now drop the fish too.
