fizz e-flash combo bug (after release of SG skin maybe?) (Gameplay)

the damage doesnt go off. i main fizz since season 3, and i know when i fail it or not. i didnt fail it this time. it happened 2 times today in the same game. in both of them i was vs a zed. i tried to do the e-flash combo and my opponent didnt get damaged. and the fact that he is a shadow is not the case here. he always received damage from my abilities.
