is the honor progress linked to the gamemode?

i just wonder... in 3v3 and darkstar the games are usually way shorter and you can only get 2 honors instead of 4. arams are not as long as SR games, but you can get 4 honors. also rankeds tend to be longer than normals or games vs ai. all 3 of these modes play on the SR map and you can get 4 honors max each match.

does it actually matter? like lets say there is a person who has 2 100% identical accounts. on one he only plays twisted treeline (3v3) and on the other he only plays normals (5v5) he plays the exact same amount of matches, has the exact same winrate and never chats and ALWAYS gets 2 honors. do both accounts honor-up at (at least) the same day?

i read the faq and couldnt find anything towards that.
